Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers once we deliver your order to the carrier. Customs duties, import taxes, and incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Defects/Damage/Wrong Item: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund or replace it—even if opened—when reported within 30 days.

  • Exchanges: Unopened pouches may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened coffee for taste preference: Not returnable unless defective.

  • EU Cooling-off: Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened goods.

Gift cards are final sale, not reloadable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Terra Lava Coffee is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with Terra Lava Coffee. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.
